We offer a variety of programs, from our basic introductory program to our leadership program to fit the needs of our students.

Master Club Program
Our Master Club program is for those that have set their goal to become a BLACK BELT.
 
Leadership Program
Our Leadership program is for those who are ready to get serious about their Taekwondo training and go beyond just achieving their Black Belt.

The Basic Taekwondo Program is a 6-month program that is available to all white, orange, and yellow belts. 

This is an introductory program designed to give the student training in the fundamentals of Taekwondo.

 The basic program includes:

  • Basic Techniques (kicks, blocks, strikes, stances)
  • Basic Self-Defense
  • One-step Sparring
  • Sparring Combinations

NOTE: Students may upgrade to the Master Club Program at any time during this 6-month introductory program.

The Master Club Program is a 24 months program designed for the student (white belt and up) who has set their goal to become a BLACK BELT.

The Master Club program includes: 

  • All Basic Program Material and Classes
  • Color Belt Forms
  • Free-Sparring
  • Competition Forms and Sparring
  • Board Breaking
  • Advanced Self-Defense
  • Basic Weapons Training
  • Joint Manipulation / Joint Locks
  • Pressure Points
  • Master Club Patch
  • Master Club Stripe (gold) on Color Belts

The Leadership Program is designed for students who want the best results from their Taekwondo training. 

This program offers more in-depth Taekwondo training than the other programs.  It also gives students the opportunity to learn and practice valuable leadership skills.  It includes an option for training to become an instructor.

The Leadership Program includes:

  • Free-Sparring
  • Competition Forms and Sparring
  • All Basic Program material and classes
  • All Master Club material and classes
  • Ground Fighting
  • Advanced Joint Manipulation / Joint Locks
  • Advanced Pressure Points
  • More personalized, in-depth training opportunities
  • Leadership training that will be useful in your personal and professional life
  • Advanced weapons training
  • Advanced competition training
  • Option for training toward ATA Instructor Certification
